    comfortable suite
    homemade touches
    bright decor
    no lift
    luggage hassle

We stayed in the Churchill Suite, and it was super comfy and relaxing. The room was bright and cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day. There were nice touches, like homemade tartare sauce and jams, which really stood out. The only minor downside might be the fact that there’s no lift, so that could be a slight hassle with luggage if you're on an upper floor. But honestly, the comfort and decor made it worthwhile.

The Randolph Hotel impressed me with its elegant décor, blending 19th-century charm with modern touches, clearly well-suited for seniors. The spacious dining areas and well-kept garden provided a lovely, relaxing atmosphere to enjoy during my stay.

Some areas could benefit from clearer accessibility signage.
